Your role as Account Director:
- Lead and drive the overall performance marketing strategy within your client portfolio.
- Build strong relationships and communicate effectively with clients.
- Understand your clients’ business, markets and objectives.
- Guide your clients with the agency’s new innovative thinking.
- Deliver the best and most appropriate new media solutions.
- Produce monthly revenue & renewal forecasts and reports.
- Ensure that a central file is kept of essential client information.
- Conduct monthly and quarterly client planning sessions and reviews with clients.
- Work to client profitability targets.
