The Role

As a Field Service Engineer, you'll be the face of ICE, delivering expert maintenance and repairs that keep essential equipment running smoothly across customer sites. No two days are the same. You'll diagnose faults, solve problems on the spot and ensure machines perform at their best, while building strong relationships with our customers who rely on your expertise.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Diagnosing, servicing and repairing a wide range of cleaning equipment
  • Delivering first-class customer service on-site
  • Carrying out planned maintenance and safety testing
  • Managing van stock and ordering parts efficiently
  • Recording work in real time using our digital systems
  • Providing clear and accurate service reports after every visit
  • Contributing ideas to improve systems and ways of working

What We're Looking For

  • Experience in a Field Service Engineer or similar role
  • Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
  • Hands on expertise with tools and diagnostic equipment
  • Customer focussed with excellent communication skills
  • Full UK manual driving licence
