Responsibilities

  • Lead and drive the overall performance marketing strategy within your client portfolio.
  • Build strong relationships and communicate effectively with clients.
  • Understand your clients’ business, markets and objectives.
  • Guide your clients with the agency’s new innovative thinking.
  • Deliver the best and most appropriate new media solutions.
  • Produce monthly revenue & renewal forecasts and reports.
  • Ensure that a central file is kept of essential client information.
  • Conduct monthly and quarterly client planning sessions and reviews with clients.
  • Work to client profitability targets.

Qualifications

  • Considerable experience in a Digital Agency.
  • Proven experience in People Management.
  • Consistent achievement of financial targets and ability to upsell to clients.
  • Highly organised and able to manage documentation.
  • High quality customer service and rapport building skills.
  • The ability to work in a fast paced, dynamic environment using high levels of initiative to deliver results.
