The firm are seeking a talented Banking & Finance solicitor with 5+ years PQE to join their growing team. In this role, you will gain exposure to a variety of transactions, working alongside experienced partners on matters across the entire banking and finance spectrum.
Responsibilities
You will advise lenders and borrowers on a broad range of banking and finance transactions, including:
- Corporate lending and borrowing
- Acquisition finance
- Real estate finance
- Debt capital markets
- Asset based lending
- Fintech
- Restructuring
Qualifications
- Qualified solicitor (England & Wales) with 5+ years PQE in Banking & Finance law.
- A strong understanding of core banking and finance legal principles.
