We are partnering with a leading law firm in Jersey to recruit an Investment Funds Senior Associate. You'll join a dedicated team supporting one of the firm's most significant global private equity relationships, establishing and launching private equity funds and related structures. The role offers sustained exposure to complex, cross-border fund work for a major international sponsor and the chance to build a long-term relationship with a key client of the firm.
The ideal candidate will have 4-7 years' PQE and strong investment funds experience, preferably in private equity fund formation or sponsor-side work. Relocation to Jersey is expected, so the role would suit a Funds Lawyer who wants to move offshore and take on high-quality work in a well-established funds jurisdiction.
