The Site Leader will provide tactical and strategic leadership over all aspects of the Evesham site and have responsibility for the global production of numerous MPT product lines with an emphasis on the Matcon brand. The role focuses on delivering efficient, cost‑effective operations that support customer satisfaction, company profitability, and growth. The leader will transform current processes using best practices for change management, operational efficiency, quality, and effectiveness.

The role has full responsibility for production, quality, safety, manufacturing engineering, planning, production control, inventory, shipping, receiving, facilities, maintenance, regulatory compliance, and capital investment strategy. The role has direct responsibility for achieving product quality, on‑time delivery, continuous improvement and cost reduction goals, and for cultivating a culture of improvement and learning.

Essential Duties
  • Lead all aspects of production including work centers, capital expenditures, direct labor staffing, procurement and inventory management, forecasting and managing production capacity, yield improvement, cost reduction, process development, career development of direct and indirect reports, and workplace safety.
  • Ensure staffing levels of qualified personnel and develop strategic and tactical staffing plans.
  • Create and implement deterministic operations processes and procedures and structure scheduling and planning.
  • Ensure facilities are structured for present and future operations, including building and layout modifications and capital equipment justification.
  • Ensure manufacturing operations meet standard times and costs; investigate variances and implement corrective actions.
  • Maintain ISO certification, manage audits, and train employees.
  • Plan and execute Annual Operating Plans and drive Manufacturing Profit targets.
  • Improve manufacturing and material management processes through LEAN principles and productivity measurements.
  • Drive ERP system improvements to support decision‑making and efficiency.
  • Implement supply‑chain management practices to reduce costs, improve quality, and assure supply stability.
  • Manage and motivate direct and indirect subordinates, maximizing overall productivity.
  • Manage preventive maintenance for equipment and tooling.
  • Drive safety initiatives and develop programs to eliminate hazards.
  • Maintain accountability for team performance and complete other duties as assigned.
Education and Experience
  • B.S. degree required; advanced degree highly preferred.
  • Ten or more years in manufacturing operations management; lean certification preferred.

  • Expert knowledge of continuous improvement techniques.
  • Ability to develop and implement creative solutions to systems and processes.
