Scope Of Role

The Sales Director is responsible for driving sustainable, profitable sales growth in the assigned region. The role can be remote/home‑based within the region.

Essential Duties

  • Demonstrate strong leadership presence across Life Science Fluidics and Optics
  • Build an agile team by attracting, coaching, developing and retaining talented team members who deliver exceptional Sales results
  • Develop and execute a revenue growth plan for his/her assigned region while effectively managing expenses
  • Implement consistent Sales process and rigor focused on growing the core business while identifying and capturing share gain opportunities
  • Ensure the Sales team utilizes the Customer Relationship Management tool for accurate recording of all critical customer information including timely forecasts
