Key Responsibilities:
- Provide engineering support to the Commercial team.
- Discuss complete specifications with Engineering & Manufacturing departments.
- Understand key customers’ products and services.
- Coordinate with Commercial & Engineering to consolidate specifications and recommend configurations.
- Prepare quote packages, including drawings, cost estimates, and documentation.
- Stay informed of supplier pricing, products, and services.
- Drive the 80/20 qualification initiative for opportunities where appropriate.
- Respond promptly and professionally to customers and co-workers.
- Participate in customer support programs and development projects.
- Comply with health and safety policies.
- Support company values, including ethical conduct and integrity.
Additional Duties:
- Communicate company and product values through presentations and meetings.
- Research and report industry trends and purchasing behaviors.
- Maintain accurate activity reports.
- Participate in meetings, sales events, and training programs.
