Overview
An award winning, financial planning organisation are looking to add an experienced Financial Planning Administrator to their successful support team in their office in Wendover, Buckinghamshire.
The role will be to provide high level support to experienced Financial Planners across the full advice range including investments and pensions.
Responsibilities
- Processing the submission of new and top-up business to relevant provider platforms, ensuring the Adviser has provided full compliance requirements.
- Updating the back-office system with the new business and uploading all relevant documents.
- Working with a number of provider platforms to set expectations for new monies in.
- Processing switches.
- Purchasing and selling of funds.
- Paying out ad hoc income requests.
- Preparing annual client review reports.
- Supporting Advisers in collating information and documents in preparation for meetings.
- Ad hoc projects.
