I'm looking for an experienced Senior Paraplanner to join a successful IFA practice in the Home Counties as it embarks on it's next growth phase. This is a key technical role supporting Financial Advisers through the delivery of high-quality, compliant financial planning recommendations and suitability reports.

You'll work across a broad range of advice areas including pensions, investments, inheritance tax planning and protection.
Key responsibilities include:
Producing accurate and compliant suitability reports in line with FCA requirementsUndertaking complex financial planning research and analysis across pensions (DB & DC), retirement planning, investments, estate planning, protection, and taxationReviewing adviser recommendations for technical accuracy and regulatory complianceSupporting advisers with client meeting preparation and ensuring cases progress efficientlyLiaising with providers and maintaining accurate records and documentationActing as a technical point of reference for advisers and paraplannersContributing to process improvements, training, and paraplanning best practiceRequirements for the role: Established paraplanning experience within a UK financial advice firmStrong technical knowledge across pensions, investments, and tax planningProven experience writing complex suitability reportsExcellent analytical, organisational, and communication skillsStrong understanding of FCA regulation and compliance requirementsAbility to manage multiple cases and work independently Essential qualification: CII Level 6 Advanced DiplomaKnowledge of CURO, Voyant, and FE AnalyticsWe're looking for someone who is professional, proactive, detail-focused, and committed to delivering excellent client outcomes while continuing their professional development.
