About the Firm An international law firm whose Corporate ECM team is one of the leading teams in the market, are recruiting for an Associate to join their London office.The Role As part of the team, you will, will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of high-profile transactions, advising both domestic and international clients.Your role will have a main focus on ECM work (both Main Market and AIM) but will also be exposed to work across a broad range of corporate transactions including: M&A (public and private), joint ventures and venture capital.This will service clients from a range of industries, such as technology, media, entertainment and sport, energy & renewables, life sciences and retail.Required Skills and ExperienceYou will be a qualified Lawyer with at least 4 -6 years' experience in equity capital markets and corporate, gained from an equally leading practiceExperience with listed funds would be idealWhat The Role OffersYou will join one of the countries leading corporate practice, where you will be part of a strong national and international corporate teamYou will get the opportunity to advise major enterprises and high-growth businesses on matters that are often transformative in nature, allowing you to work on high-profile transactions in a collaborative and supportive team environment, that fosters opportunities for professional development and career progressionIf this role isn't quite right, please contact me for a confidential conversation to discuss other opportunities we have that may be suitable.
