An international law firm with offices across Europe, North America, the Middle East and Africa, are recruiting for a Corporate Associate (2-4 PQE) to join it's corporate team in London.About the Role:You will join the team, working with seasoned M&A lawyers, where you will advise clients on an array of corporate matters, including, mergers & acquisition (private and public), private equity, corporate re-organisations, joint ventures and corporate governance.This will service multinational clients across a range of industries including; consumer goods & retail, energy, mining & infrastructure, financial institutions, health-care & life sciences, private equity, technology & media.Qualifications:You will be a qualified solicitor 2- 4 years PQE (post-qualification experience), with a proven track record of advising clients on a wide range of corporate matters.Benefits:This is an exciting opportunity to join a corporate group with an unmatched experience leading on complex cross-border transactions, working with lawyers, regarded as leaders within and contribute to the growth and development of one of the world's leading corporate practices.Alongside the opportunity to work on a wide range of complex and challenging matters, the role also offers a strong remuneration package.To Apply:Please submit your CV.
