The Role

As a UHNW Producer, you will be responsible for originating and developing new UHNW client relationships, owning revenue generation while acting as a trusted adviser to some of the world's most complex private clients. You will lead client strategy and insurer engagement, supported by dedicated servicing, technical, and claims teams - allowing you to focus on business development, relationship management, and portfolio growth, rather than day-to-day administration.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Originating and developing new UHNW client relationships and revenue streams
  • Building long-term relationships with UHNW individuals, families, family offices, and professional advisers
  • Structuring and placing bespoke, multi-line UHNW insurance programmes in the London market
  • Leading negotiations with insurers to secure optimal coverage, terms, and pricing
  • Acting as lead relationship owner and strategic adviser across complex, international risk portfolios
  • Representing the business within UHNW, private banking, legal, and professional adviser networks

Who We're Looking For

  • Proven experience as a UHNW Producer within high-value private clients insurance
  • Demonstrable track record of originating and growing profitable UHNW business
  • Strong insurer relationships and credibility within the London market
  • Commercially driven, entrepreneurial mindset with a relationship-led advisory approach
  • Confidence operating at board, principal, and family office level
  • Discretion, professionalism, and exceptional client handling skills

Experience within a global broker or insurer, an established UHNW introducer network, and ACII qualification (or progress toward) are advantageous but not essential.
