Are you an experienced UHNW Account Executive looking to work with some of the world's most sophisticated private clients? A leading global insurance group with a strong London market presence is expanding its Ultra High Net Worth Private Clients team and is seeking an experienced UHNW Account Executive to manage and develop complex UHNW client portfolios across private individuals, family estates, and family office structures. This is an opportunity to join a well-capitalised, highly respected business with deep insurer relationships, international reach, and a long-term commitment to the UHNW private clients market.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Acting as lead Account Executive for a portfolio of UHNW clients and family office relationships
  • Managing and advising on complex, bespoke UHNW insurance programmes
  • Structuring and placing multi-line risks in the London market across high-value homes, fine art, international assets, and specialty lines
  • Leading insurer negotiations to secure optimal coverage, terms, and programme structure
  • Delivering proactive, strategic advice and exceptional ongoing client service
  • Supporting Producers with new business opportunities and client transitions
  • Representing the business with insurers, clients, and professional advisers

Who We're Looking For

  • Proven experience within UHNW or high-value private clients insurance
  • Background as an Account Executive, Client Manager, or Client Director within a broker or insurer
  • Strong technical knowledge across complex UHNW risk portfolios
  • Confident, polished communicator with credibility at UHNW and family office level
  • Detail-oriented, organised, and comfortable managing sophisticated client structures
  • Discretion, professionalism, and a service-led mindset
  • Experience within a global broker or insurer, exposure to family offices or international UHNW clients, and ACII qualification (or progress toward) are advantageous but not essential.
