An award-winning, top-tier national law firm is seeking a talented Managing Associate or Director-level Private Client Solicitor to join its highly ranked Private Client, Trusts, Estates and Tax team based in Oxford.
About the Role
This is a rare opportunity to join one of the UK's leading Private Client teams, consistently ranked Tier 1 in the Chambers High Net Worth Guide for over 15 consecutive years. The team boasts a national footprint of over 50 specialists and is led by some of the most respected lawyers in the field. You will work alongside experts in complex and high-value estate planning matters, acting for high and ultra-high net worth clients with diverse assets, including international estates, agricultural and literary interests, family businesses, and capacity-sensitive matters.
Candidate Requirements
- Over 4 years PQE with significant experience in Private Client law, ideally with expertise in tax, trusts, and estate work
- Experience advising HNW and UHNW individuals on complex trust and tax matters
- Collaborative mindset and strong communication skills
- Willingness to work flexibly, with at least one day per week in the Oxford office
Working Conditions
This firm is renowned for its collaborative and flexible working culture. The role can be tailored to your preferences, requiring a minimum of one day per week in the Oxford office, with additional days in other locations if desired. Part-time or full-time arrangements are available.
