T&C Manager

I\’m currently looking for a T&C Manager for a leading independent financial advice firm to take ownership of the business\’s training & competence function and support the ongoing development of our Financial Planners, Mortgage Advisers, Employee Benefit Consultants and Appointed Representatives across the group.

Responsibilities

1. Lead and deliver training in line with FCA regs
2. Monitor Adviser competency under our T&C scheme
3. Ensure full compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards
4. Play a key role in upholding best practice across the business
