A new opportunity has been created in the Remote Advice Team at one of the UK's most dynamic Chartered Wealth Management Houses, at their Sunderland offices. This is a rare opportunity for a Level 4 qualified, motivated individual looking for the perfect entry into Financial Advice from a Paraplanning or Trainee Advice position. Hybrid - 3 Days in Office / 2 Days WFH. CAS Status is preferred but not a pre-requisite.

The successful candidate will be supported and funded to Chartered Advice Status, with incentivised salary uplifts.

Role Detail

The role of Financial Adviser is to provide high-quality, client-focused financial advice through digital channels. Advisers are responsible for delivering suitable financial planning solutions predominantly across pensions, investments, and protection. Experience within the financial services industry (e.g., as a Paraplanner or from a banking background) is required.

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Customer-focused with a strong work ethic.
  • Knowledge of financial planning and the market.
  • Effective time management and the ability to work collaboratively and adapt to change in a fast-paced team.
The Package

Competitive salary and progression to CAS & Chartered Status. A quarterly bonus structure. Additional salary uplifts for each CII Level 6 exam pass.
