We're working with a forward-thinking insurance broker looking to appoint a Commercial Director to lead and develop a team of 9 Account Executives in their Haverhill office. This is a leadership role focused on people, performance, and strategic support – not portfolio management. You’ll coach and guide your team, support on complex client work, and help shape the commercial direction of the branch.
