We are looking to appoint an experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant to focus on mid-to-senior-level roles within the Wealth sector. Our Financial Services Wealth practice has been a market leader for over 15 years, partnering with some of the most prestigious firms across the UK. You\\\’ll benefit from a well-established client base, with the added support of a highly experienced Client Development team who deliver a consistent flow of roles—meaning you\\\’ll step into a warm desk with immediate opportunities to bill.
You\\\’ll be joining a successful and collaborative team who are passionate about placing top talent in the Wealth, Pensions, and Employee Benefits space. To be considered for the role, you will need;
Responsibilities
- Proven experience in recruitment, within Financial Services or Wealth Management
- A relationship-led, consultative approach
- Drive to deliver exceptional results for clients and candidates alike
- Strong commercial awareness and business development acumen
- The ability to work develop clients and candidates to create long-standing relationships
