Due to growth, a well established national Healthcare insurance broking team is looking to attract an experienced Med Mal professional in a leadership role. This role will ideally be based in London, though the individual can be located anywhere in the country, providing regular travel to London is accessible.
Responsibilities
- Managing complex renewals and driving new business (mainly retail but also some wholesale)
- Enhancing market relationships and acting as a brand ambassador
- Helping develop a small team of Healthcare Brokers
- Leading by example in terms of client development
- Making an impact in the market
Qualifications
- Medical Malpractice technical knowledge
- Relationships with Med Mal Underwriters
- Track record in business development
- Exposure to mid-market risks
- Desire to share knowledge and expertise with team members
- Experience across both retail and wholesale business
