In this key role, you will provide strategic financial insights, influence decision-making at senior levels, and lead budgeting, forecasting and performance analysis. You will act as a trusted advisor, shaping business strategies around underwriting, risk and growth opportunities, while driving financial accountability across the organisation. This position is perm and offers a hybrid working model, combining office presence with flexibility.
Key Skills Required
- Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) with at least 5 years post-qualified experience
- Extensive experience in finance business partnering within insurance
- Strong understanding of insurance financials such as underwriting, reservingand claims dynamics
- Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and lead strategic initiatives
- Exceptional financial modelling, planningand analytics skills
- Proficiency in finance systems and data tools for performance reporting
