Are you an established DC Consultant, dreading the return to work in January and looking for a new opportunity? I'm working with arguably one of the best DC teams in the market, who have an enviable client list and leading reputation to recruit a further consultant due to growth. The purpose of the role is to deliver advice to some of the UK's largest employers and most innovative DC schemes. If successful, you'll be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients and working in partnership with colleagues to deliver advice to employers and trustees in relation to their DC schemes. You'll be involved in a range of areas including scheme design, investment strategy, communications, retirement support, provider selection, governance and compliance. In addition to this, you'll be supporting clients with complex projects, attending meetings, reviewing advice papers, supporting with new business and mentoring of more junior colleagues. To be considered for the role, you must have proven track record gained in a Consultancy, with strong DC knowledge of both trust-based and contract based pension arrangements.
