IDEX Consulting is looking to appoint a proven Senior Legal Recruitment Consultant to manage and develop a Private Practice desk focused on the Middle East market, working with a diverse portfolio of top tier clients where we have proven working relationships already that you can leverage, and where we have experience of adding real value to their growth plans.
Our wider Legal practice has been established for well over a decade and holds an established client portfolio which includes some of the best firms in the UK, US, and European space. As a business growth consultancy, not only do we support our clients with talent acquisition but also offer a more holistic consultant-led approach to their growth ambitions in their entirety – which means discussing everything from the employer brand to the exit plan for Partners. If you are keen to get closer to the business owner at law firms you are working with, our approach can offer you this.
Due to significant demand from clients, we are looking to add to our team, with the appointment of an experienced Legal Recruitment Consultant to focus on the Middle East Private Practice market. The successful individual will ideally have knowledge of the Middle East market, which will include working relationships with clients in the city, as well as a client-focused approach and a drive to deliver best-in-class exceptional service for clients, candidates, and colleagues alike.
