IDEX Consulting in the South East is expanding its employee benefits practice with a brand-new Benefits Consultant role.
As the first consultant dedicated to the region, you’ll shape the local proposition and develop your own team over time.
You’ll advise corporate clients on Workplace Pensions, Group Risk, Healthcare and Flexible Benefits, deepen client relationships, and contribute to growth through cross-selling.
This is a high-autonomy role with a strong commercial mindset.
