The opportunity to travel, build relationships with Producers, and work within a very collaborative team awaits you.
You're naturally ambitious and entrepreneurial but feel held back at your current employer due to politics and restrictions, making it hard to get things signed off because of the size of your current business. Over time, you will transition into becoming the head of aviation, with full autonomy to drive the growth of the division.
