We are very excited to be working on a project for a Top International Firm, looking to grow the Residential Development team nationally. This team already has an enviable reputation nationally for their expertise and this therefore presents a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Residential Development lawyer looking for a new challenge.

We are keen to speak to a Senior lawyer with a proven track record of handling top quality Residential Development matters, with the team’s expertise sitting within house-building; build to rent; strategic land and affordable housing.

The position is for someone who is looking to really drive the growth of this particular team on a local and national scale.

The team is already highly ranked for their Residential Development offering, so you would be joining an established team with a national offering to be able to sell in the market. This hire is considered a key investment and therefore top remuneration packages are on offer for the right person.
