This Top 50 National law firm is seeking to recruit a Regulatory Solicitor to join the growing Business Crime and Regulatory team in London. This team is recognised as one of the country’s leading teams in this area of law, and regularly acts on high profile cases.
The team covers the full spectrum of regulatory work, both contentious and non-contentious, ranging from the defence of serious workplace incident criminal cases and alleged environmental offences to representation at inquests and inquiries, as well as advisory work on areas as diverse as food law, product regulation, and advertising/marketing.
The ideal candidate will be:
- 5+ PQE
- This role is well suited to a regulatory lawyer with experience across the areas of Health & Safety, Environmental, Food Safety, Inquests, and Product Liability/recall.
- Experience gained in Private Practice or In-House is welcome.
- Ambitious and driven, looking to develop their practice.
