A top international practice are looking for an enthusiastic and ambitious Property Litigation Solicitor to join their established 2 Partner team in Southampton, collaborating with the wider team of 50+ Fee Earners across the US and UK.

As this team is so busy, they are looking for a UK Qualified Lawyer, with 1+ PQE within property disputes, ideally with exposure to Commercial Property disputes. The team advise a wide spectrum of clients, including Landlords and Tenants on a range of disputes including:

  • Dilapidations
  • Contractual and development disputes
  • Restrictive covenants and easements
  • Possession claims

The teams client base ranges from public sector companies to national retailers and developers.
