- Previous experience with Oracle ERP & EPM as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or similar role
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across diverse levels

- Strategic thinker with analytical problem‑solving capabilities
- Experience working within insurance or reinsurance sectors, especially with reserving or capital modelling (beneficial)
