The team has an impeccable client portfolio with a strong focus on complex, high-stakes transactional work. They have a collaborative and fast-paced environment where you will have the opportunity to learn from and work alongside leading lawyers in the private equity industry.
About the Role
As a Private Equity associate at you will play a vital role in supporting their world-class team on a broad range of transactions. You will gain experience in all aspects of the private equity deal process, from initial structuring to closing and portfolio management.
