Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert legal advice on planning law matters to clients, including local authorities, developers, and landowners.
- Draft and review planning applications, appeals, and related documents, ensuring compliance with all relevant legislation and policies.
- Conduct legal research and analysis on planning regulations and policies, staying updated on changes in the law.
- Represent clients in planning inquiries and hearings, presenting compelling arguments and evidence.
- Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to develop strategies for securing planning permissions and addressing challenges.
- Contribute to business development initiatives, including preparing proposals and participating in client presentations.
- Mentor junior associates and interns, fostering a culture of learning and professional growth within the team.

Qualifications:
