They are a hugely successful multi‑billion pound business looking for a Business Development Manager to cover the Home Counties. You'll be working closely with a supportive, driven team and have the chance to really shape the way we operate in the local market.

As part of the Regional Commercial market expansion, they know how important the Business Development Manager role is. You'll be helping deliver a wide range of products across Commercial, Personal, and Specialty business lines, while working directly with Underwriters and our leadership team to create tailored solutions for brokers and customers. A few key responsibilities include:

  • Helping to drive growth and meet our goals.

You will already have a strong understanding of the commercial insurance market and have strong relationships with brokers in the region.
