An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Personal Injury Solicitor to join a well-established and respected legal firm. This role offers the chance to work within a dynamic and supportive team, handling a varied caseload while contributing to the firm's continued success.
The Role: As a key member of the team, you will manage a caseload of personal injury cases, including:
- Road Traffic Accidents (RTA)
- Occupiers' Liability
- Employers' Liability
- Public Liability
You will handle cases from inception to resolution, guiding them through the litigation process, with occasional court appearances as required. While supervision is available, the firm encourages autonomy and professional development.
What They're Looking For:
- 1-4 years PQE with a focus on personal injury litigation
- Strong litigation skills and a proactive approach to case management
Desirable Experience (Not Essential):
- Experience with cases in the Court of Session, ASPIC, and Local Sheriff Courts
