IDEX Consulting are working with a leading wealth management business who require a Financial Planning Administrator to join their growing team in Newcastle.

The business continues to be an exciting place to work for many staff who have demonstrated genuine progression across front and back office teams.

This role gives great exposure, working closely with Financial Planners who have been with the business for a long time and are very well regarded across the business.

Typical duties include..

  • To work closely with the aligned Financial Planners to deliver excellent client outcomes.
  • To build relationships with clients and maintain regular contact.
  • Liaise with operational teams where support is required
  • Preparation of meeting packs and valuations
  • Maintain back-office systems and client records in line with the company policies.

Due to the fast-paced nature of the role, the successful candidate will require recent and relevant experience within a similar function, ideally within a Financial Advisory or Wealth Management business.

Longer-term opportunities for study support and a pathway to progress is provided and fully supported by the leadership team.
