Our client is a well‑established, family‑focused independent financial advisory firm with a growing client base and ambitious expansion plans. They are now looking to recruit a fully qualified level 4 diploma professional who is looking to develop their career towards full Competent Adviser Status (CAS) within a supportive and collaborative environment. This opportunity would suit an individual with a strong background in sales, banking, mortgages, customer service, or financial services who enjoys building relationships and delivering excellent client outcomes.

The Role

  • Building relationships with clients and gathering key financial information
  • You will be given a book of roughly 45 clients once you have achieved CAS or after probation
  • Conducting research and presenting suitable recommendations
  • Reviewing risk assessments, portfolio performance and asset allocation
  • Working closely with the wider team to deliver the best outcomes for clients
  • Managing client interactions both face‑to‑face and via online meetings
  • Operating in a hybrid working environment between home and office

Salary and Package

  • Salary between £35,000‑£40,000
  • Salary rises to £45,000 after probation and £50,000 after 12 months
  • Generous bonus structure once targets are achieved

What Our Client Is Looking For

  • Level 4 diploma in Financial Planning (or equivalent)
  • Previous face‑to‑face sales or customer‑facing experience
  • Experience within sales, banking, mortgages, customer service, or financial services
  • Strong communication, literacy and numeracy skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Genuine interest in financial planning and helping clients achieve positive outcomes
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Willingness to complete DBS checks
  • Flexibility to work occasional evenings and weekends when required
