Our client is a well‑established, family‑focused independent financial advisory firm with a growing client base and ambitious expansion plans. They are now looking to recruit a fully qualified level 4 diploma professional who is looking to develop their career towards full Competent Adviser Status (CAS) within a supportive and collaborative environment. This opportunity would suit an individual with a strong background in sales, banking, mortgages, customer service, or financial services who enjoys building relationships and delivering excellent client outcomes.
The Role
- Building relationships with clients and gathering key financial information
- You will be given a book of roughly 45 clients once you have achieved CAS or after probation
- Conducting research and presenting suitable recommendations
- Reviewing risk assessments, portfolio performance and asset allocation
- Working closely with the wider team to deliver the best outcomes for clients
- Managing client interactions both face‑to‑face and via online meetings
- Operating in a hybrid working environment between home and office
Salary and Package
- Salary between £35,000‑£40,000
- Salary rises to £45,000 after probation and £50,000 after 12 months
- Generous bonus structure once targets are achieved

What Our Client Is Looking For
- Level 4 diploma in Financial Planning (or equivalent)
- Previous face‑to‑face sales or customer‑facing experience
- Experience within sales, banking, mortgages, customer service, or financial services
- Strong communication, literacy and numeracy skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel and Outlook
- Genuine interest in financial planning and helping clients achieve positive outcomes
- Full UK driving licence
- Willingness to complete DBS checks
- Flexibility to work occasional evenings and weekends when required
