Marine Cargo Associate Director – London (Book of business to inherit over time) – £Negotiable salary and bonus
Do you have experience placing and producing Marine Cargo business across Europe, Middle East and Africa?
An exceptional opportunity has arisen for a Non-US Marine Cargo Broker who would relish the chance to take over a very long standing, profitable book of business over time – this consists of a mix of direct, wholesale and fac reinsurance business.
You will still have the opportunity to produce but will not have the immediate pressure of developing business from the first second you’re through the door.
You will have a Junior Broker who will work with you on new and existing business and will have your desk under control whilst you’re out travelling to see clients.
Your background? Well, you\’ll have experience managing a portfolio of cargo business, you\’ve had a taste of travelling but want more of it. You know you look after clients well and have a solid retention and maybe you\’re looking for more responsibility and a genuine development path.
More importantly, you\’re looking for your break. A chance to make a real name for yourself in the market and be given the rare opportunity to inherit a substantial book of business over time.
We are ideally looking for an experienced individual, but are willing to consider less experienced should you have a background in production.
No CV or formal application needed, simply get in touch for more information. I look forward to speaking with you!
