About the Role
As Regional Manager, you will oversee performance, regulatory compliance and development across a team of Financial Advisers. Through one-to-one coaching, client observation, data analysis and strategic planning, you will enable your team to deliver outstanding financial advice and client service.
What You Will Bring
- Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Advice (DipPFS) - essential
- J07 or equivalent - desirable
- Proven experience managing and coaching Financial Advisers
- Strong commercial acumen and results-driven mindset
- Adaptable leadership style to support varied experience levels
- Deep understanding of the advisory process and FCA requirements
