My client is seeking a Regional Manager to lead a team of Financial Advisers across varying levels of experience - from newly qualified professionals to seasoned experts. About the Role

As Regional Manager, you will oversee performance, regulatory compliance and development across a team of Financial Advisers. Through one-to-one coaching, client observation, data analysis and strategic planning, you will enable your team to deliver outstanding financial advice and client service.

What You Will Bring

  • Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Advice (DipPFS) - essential
  • J07 or equivalent - desirable
  • Proven experience managing and coaching Financial Advisers
  • Strong commercial acumen and results-driven mindset
  • Adaptable leadership style to support varied experience levels
  • Deep understanding of the advisory process and FCA requirements

  • Develop business plans and set individual objectives
