The Opportunity
Working alongside an experienced Director, you'll play a pivotal role in building out the Trade Credit propositionâboth internally across the wider broking group and externally in the marketplace. This is a genuine growth role: you'll combine technical trade credit knowledge with commercial drive, helping to grow revenue, develop new client relationships and raise awareness of trade credit as a core business line.
Key focus areas
- Partner with the Director to deliver the Trade Credit growth plan and strategy.
- Develop new business through your own network, referrals and crossâselling within the group.
- Engage with regional and corporate broking teams to promote Trade Credit opportunities and support client conversations.
- Manage and service your own portfolio of clients, ensuring high retention and quality advice.
- Work closely with finance, credit and treasury teams to deliver tailored credit insurance solutions.
- Liaise with insurers to structure and negotiate effective programmes.
- Contribute to marketing, thought leadership and internal education around Trade Credit.
