We have been retained by a leading international insurance broking house to appoint a Senior Warranty & Indemnity (W&I) Broker to advise corporates, private equity sponsors, and infrastructure funds on complex domestic and cross-border M&A transactions.

This is a senior, client and market-facing role within an established transactional risk platform, working on some of the most sophisticated deals in the market.

The successful candidate will advise clients throughout the full transaction lifecycle, structuring and placing W&I insurance solutions on buy-side and sell-side transactions.

This includes leading client discussions, coordinating insurer engagement, running underwriting processes, negotiating coverage terms, and delivering commercially robust outcomes under tight deal timelines.

The role involves close collaboration with investment teams, corporate development teams, legal advisors, and insurers, with a strong emphasis on delivering strategic advice rather than purely transactional placement.

Candidates must have W&I broking experience, with a strong track record advising private equity sponsors, corporates, and/or infrastructure investors.

A deep understanding of M&A processes, sale documentation, and deal dynamics is essential, alongside the ability to manage senior stakeholders and lead complex processes independently.

This role is not suitable for candidates without direct transactional risk or W&I broking exposure.

This opportunity offers a senior seat within a global broking platform with a strong international footprint, high-quality deal flow, and long-term growth ambitions in the transactional risk space.

Clear progression, and the ability to build a lasting market profile advising some of the world's most active financial sponsors and corporate acquirers.
