Responsibilities
- Place internal marine hull (brown water) and marine cargo business as it comes through.
- Build strong relationships across the European network.
- Shape and grow the marine division as you see fit.
- Work closely with the Head of Specialty to develop high‑performing teams.
Qualifications
- Senior Marine Broker or Producer with leadership experience.
- Ability to influence, bring ideas to the table and execute independently.
- Experience negotiating marine hull and cargo business, preferably in the European market.
