We are committed to driving conscious inclusion across our business and creating equitable pathways.

A well-capitalised, M&A insurance group is looking to appoint a senior leader to build and own its Insurance Due Diligence practice. This is not a sideways move into an established team - it is a mandate to create something, with the investment and resource to align with their ambitions.

You will be the firm's senior voice in this discipline - leading the advisory process and building the team and client relationships that will define the practice. You will work alongside the broader M&A insurance team, with full commercial autonomy and a clear runway to increase headcount as the book develops.

This is a leadership role, and you will be expected to build a team that will deliver high-quality due diligence advice - while simultaneously building the infrastructure and methodology.

The team you will create will lead and coordinate the delivery of insurance due diligence advice on M&A transactions - reviewing target insurance programmes, identifying coverage gaps, quantifying uninsured exposures, and advising buyers, sellers, and their advisors on risk.
