A newly launched specialist insurance business is seeking a dynamic and capable Compliance Lead to help drive its early growth. Focused on providing technical placement services, regulatory support, and operational expertise, the business serves MGAs, carriers, and brokers in the specialty insurance space. With strong foundations in place and a clear growth plan, the business is now looking for a highly organised, hands-on individual to help turn strategy into execution. Key responsibilities:
- Drive day-to-day operational processes, ensuring efficiency and scalability
- Support the delivery of services across placement, compliance, and client engagement
- Build out and refine internal systems, tools, and documentation
