About the role:

In this exciting role, you will play a key role in supporting our team on a variety of complex funds transactions, including:

  • Fund formation and structuring
  • Regulatory advice
  • Tax planning
  • Due diligence on potential investments
  • Drafting transaction documents
  • Client relationship management

You will work closely with Partners and Senior Associates, gaining exposure to all aspects of the funds practice. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your legal skills and knowledge in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
