Our client is a dynamic and well-regarded international law firm in London, and is seeking a highly motivated Employment Solicitor to join their thriving team. The team offers a unique opportunity to work on a diverse range of complex and high-profile employment matters for both employers and employees.
What you'll do:
- Advise clients on the full spectrum of employment law issues, including unfair dismissal, discrimination, whistleblowing, and TUPE regulations
- Draft and negotiate contracts of employment, settlement agreements, and restrictive covenants
- Represent clients in Employment Tribunals and other dispute resolution forums
- Provide strategic legal advice and guidance with a strong focus on achieving successful outcomes for our clients
What we're looking for:
- Qualified solicitor with a minimum of 3-6 years' experience in employment law
- A strong track record of success in handling complex employment matters
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and advocacy skills
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
