A well-known, entrepreneurial London law firm, known for its work in the creative, technology and innovation-led sectors, is looking to hire an Employment Associate (1-2 PQE) to join its highly regarded Employment team.
The firm advises a creative and fast-moving client base, including businesses and individuals across the media, entertainment, sports and technology sectors, as well as startups, scale-ups and established organisations. The team is particularly well known for its work on high-value and complex claims, where you will work on broad and high-quality employment matters offering exposure to both contentious and non-contentious work.
You will advise employers and senior executives on matters including:
- Reorganisations, TUPE and collective redundancies
- Employment contracts, terminations, exits and settlement negotiations
- Employment tribunal claims, grievances and disciplinary investigations
You will have 1-2 years' PQE with solid employment law experience, with exposure across contentious and non-contentious employment matters.
