About The Firm: A leading law firm with a renowned Employment Law team are recruiting into their London office. The firm is seeking a talented and motivated employment lawyer with 1-2 years' PQE to join our growing team in London.
About the Role: You will join the team, advising a wide range of clients on all aspects of employment law, from complex disputes to day-to-day HR matters. You will advise employers and senior executives across the financial and professional services sectors.
Responsibilities:
- Advising clients on the full range of employment law issues, including unfair dismissal, discrimination, whistleblowing, and TUPE.
- Drafting and negotiating employment contracts, settlement agreements, and other related documents.
- Assisting with employment tribunal claims and mediations.
About You: You will be 1-2 PQE with experience in employment law gained, either in private practice or in-house.
