We're looking for an experienced Financial Advisor to join our desk-based advice team, focused on building lasting client relationships and delivering high-quality, compliant advice. You'll play a key role in retaining existing clients, identifying new opportunities and providing expert financial guidance that drives both client satisfaction and business growth. You must be regulated via FCA and have competent Advisor status.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Deliver annual client reviews to a high professional standard
- Provide tailored financial advice and generate new business from existing clients
- Manage client enquiries and build strong, trust-based relationships
- Maintain accurate client records and ensure all interactions are fully documented
- Handle queries and complaints efficiently, ensuring positive outcomes
- Work towards individual and team performance targets
- Promote our full range of services to maximise opportunities
Compliance & Standards
- Operate in line with FCA regulations and Consumer Duty requirements
- Maintain competency through ongoing CPD and Training & Competence programmes
- Follow all internal policies, procedures and compliance guidelines
What We’re Looking For
- Qualified to level 4 (CII, LIBF, CISI all suitable)
- Proven experience as a Financial Advisor
- Strong knowledge of pensions, investments and the wider financial services industry
- Solid understanding of FCA regulations and compliance standards
- Excellent communication and client relationship skills
- Comfortable using CRM systems and managing multiple priorities
