Responsibilities- Leading on major corporate insurance transactions, from instruction through to completion.
- Advising boards and senior stakeholders on strategic and regulatory issues.
- Supervising and mentoring junior lawyers.

- 6-8 years' PQE (or equivalent) in corporate insurance or financial services work.
