The team's work spans public and private M&A, Part VII transfers, portfolio acquisitions, and complex regulatory-driven restructurings, with increasing involvement in emerging areas such as InsurTech, data protection, and cross-border compliance.
Responsibilities- Leading on major corporate insurance transactions, from instruction through to completion.
- Advising boards and senior stakeholders on strategic and regulatory issues.
- Supervising and mentoring junior lawyers.
- Driving client relationships and business development opportunities.
- Collaborating with international offices on multi-jurisdictional mandates.
- 6-8 years' PQE (or equivalent) in corporate insurance or financial services work.
