About the Firm
An international law firm whose Corporate ECM team is one of the leading teams in the market, are recruiting for an Associate to join their London office.
The Role
As part of the team, you will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of high-profile transactions, advising both domestic and international clients. Your role will have a main focus on ECM work (both Main Market and AIM) but will also be exposed to work across a broad range of corporate transactions including: M&A (public and private), joint ventures and venture capital. This will service clients from a range of industries, such as technology, media, entertainment and sport, energy & renewables, life sciences and retail.
Required Skills and Experience
You will be a qualified Lawyer with at least 4 -6 years' experience in equity capital markets and corporate, gained from an equally leading practice. Experience with listed funds would be ideal.
